I need to create a menu item to display my downloads how do I do this. I would think I need to make a page and call it downloads but I cannot seem to see what I need to place in this pages body so all my downloads will display or the download area will display rather
How would I change the drive where my downloads will be sitting on. I have the plugin installed on c: and need my downloads to sit on e: drive. I have tried changing the path wp-content/uploads/filebase to e:wp-content/uploads/filebase , e:/wp-content/uploads/filebase and e:\wp-content/uploads/filebase but nothing seems to work. The best it will do is default itself to e:wp-content/uploads/filebase but then I cannot find the path when trying to make folders and upload files
Thanks for making it, it is really working for me. I just found one problem: when I try to download a file (file permisiion set to EVERYONE) I am getting this “You are not allowed to access this file!” message ONLY in mozilla firefox. I tried IE & Safari and I am having no problem downloading the same file.
thanks in advance!
Since I updated the plugin for wp-filebase I cannot upload files. I keep getting an error message that says “cheatin’ uh!” What’s up with that?
Do you have an example for how to publish the files? I can’t find how to do it. I have already installed wp and the plugin.

this is what happened, i have now edited the folder and removed the ‘ from the folder name, and because the database for filebase is super large It wont clear out the bad entries.
In regards to my post found away to bypass and fix the issue, I went into the database myself and emptied the entries for
wpfb_cats
wpfb_files
wpfb_files_id3
doing this and re-syncing the files from ftp fixed the issue.
the icon to add images from Filebase into a post or page has vanished. HELP!
Greetings,
After the last update, I lost my default template, which is based on the old box style like this..

Does anyone have the original code that created the box style as shown above?
Thanks!!

Never mind on the custom template code. I simply used code from an older version and re-customized the template. Couldn’t remember every custom edit so I had to re-edit every file by hand.
What is the best way to maintain all custom edits when updates come along?
How do I access the files when using IE8? The categories will not open?
