I like this tool, its a powerful tool, but there’s there’s ONE thing I believe should be added, and thats a way for it to either shut down the program, or an option for it to switch itself off at a user determined time, then it would be perfect!
Since it doesn’t have that option in its current incarnation, I personally use an alarm clock program (run in admin mode) to activate a small batch file that forces it to shut down at whatever time I set it to.
As an example, I use an old alarm program called Banshee screamer set to run as administrator, and created a simple batch file in notepad called taskkill.bat
The code in the batch file is VERY simple:
taskkill /IM SpeedAutoClicker.exe /f
exit
This means that even if I forget to tun the program off, it’ll shut itself off at whatever time I set on the alarm clock.
Something to add, I used the advanced settings to set the CPS (clicks per second) to 85 and with random ticked, the duty cycle to 2.5%, this seems to circumvent certain games/apps blocking the program or kicking you out as a “cheat”
Similarly, I use either hold or toggle with a gaming mouse where I can program what some of the tertiary buttons do, I set one of those buttons to a unique string of buttons, and used that on the clicker app as the “activation/deactivation” control.
So far, its worked fine, but I have found that trying to go over a “CPS threshold” will make the clicker, whatever game you’re playing and your computer to “funny things”.
Best thing you can do, is stay below that threshold 😉
